Dwell Clicking

Active - Dwell clicking is active, and all the palette buttons are visible and functional. Idle - Dwell clicking is inactive, and only the Move and Active/Idle buttons are visible.

Here you also have the option of setting how SmartClick will open (Active or Idle). Checking the option On will force SmartClick to open in Active. Remember that SmartClick will always open in whatever state it was in when it is closed (or Windows is Shut Down).

NOTE: During an Idle state, the dwell clicking feature will not function anywhere else on the screen, but it will still be functional only over the SmartClick Palette buttonsSmartClick_Buttons.
