This turns on/off the system sound that SmartClick generates upon clicks.

IMPORTANT NOTE: If Sound is On while using SmartClick, it may affect other sound events in the system - Windows Event sounds (Program open/close, Menu selections, etc.), Text-To-Speech, etc.
