On - the SmartClick Palette will be visible on screen
Off - the SmartClick Palette will not be visible on screen.
Here you also have the option of setting how SmartClick will open Visible or Hidden. Checking the option On will force SmartClick to open Visible. Remember that SmartClick will always open in whatever state it was in when it is closed (or Windows is Shut Down).
