RJ's Bluetooth

This turns on/off the integration with using RJ's Bluetooth switch as input device.

IMPORTANT NOTE: When Enabled, CrossScanner uses a modified Keyboard input approach. This results in a dual input situation, where the Bluetooth switch will operate CrossScanner and the Keyboard (with selected Key) will also operate CrossScanner as a switch event. CrossScanner Setup disables other input selections, and modifies the Keyboard selection text to indicate this special mode.
