The OnScreen Menu does not have any keyboard short-cuts - OnScreen was designed to operate entirely from a pointing device.
For Keyboard users who want to close OnScreen, make sure the Cursor is not over the OnScreen display, then Use Alt-Tab to select the OnScreen window, and use Alt-Space to bring up the OnScreen Menu for OnScreen, then arrow down to select Close.
Keyboard Users can Minimize OnScreen by doing the above & selecting a Minimize option.
