IMG Developer's Kit Logging
There are some basic logging options available by using the LOGDLL.DLL example with settings in the MYTSOFT.INI. The primary intent of this is to track usage of My-T-Soft. Refer to the Developer's Kit documentation for more details.
MTSLOGPUBDOCS.DLL Logging
This file exists in the LOGDLL folder as part of the standard install. It must be placed in the installation folder (same location as MYTSOFT.EXE) to be loaded/used. The recommended approach is to copy the file from the existing location and place a copy in the Installation folder - when not needed, simply delete the Installation folder copy. In order to address security and permissions issues, the Public Documents location is used. Within the Public Documents folder, a Logs folder is created, and then a [EXECUTABLENAME].LOG, e.g. MYTSOFT.LOG is created to log startup and run-time information.
MTSLOGPUBDOCS.DLL Notes: The current implementation logs startup information (see STARTDEBUG in Command Line Options) and run-time length. If additional features/capabilities are needed, please contact IMG Technical Support.
