The My-T-Pen Menu does not have any keyboard short-cuts - My-T-Pen was designed to operate entirely from a pointing device.
For Keyboard users who want to close My-T-Pen, make sure the Cursor is not over the My-T-Pen display, then Use Alt-Tab to select the My-T-Pen window, and use Alt-Space to bring up the My-T-Pen Menu for My-T-Pen, then arrow down to select Close.
Keyboard Users can Minimize My-T-Pen by doing the above & selecting a Minimize option.
